How It Works:
Once you submit your request with payment we will already have your reservation and are excited to see a new booking! Your date is immediately reserved for you and already confirmed in our system.
For Standard Picnics, we should have all the information we need. We will call you prior to your picnic to confirm all details. This will typically happen 4-7 days prior to your event.
*we will communicate with you if weather will cause a need for rescheduling.
For picnics needing a quote or more information, we will call you as soon as we can to discuss details.
We will arrive 60 mins prior to your reservation to get your picnic set up. Everything should be in place and ready for your enjoyment when you arrive.
Please show up at your confirmed time and location WITH your picnic food of choice and enjoy.
We DO NOT provide food at this time. ‘
At the end of your reservation time, we will come back to your picnic location and clean it up!
We will text you once we have left the location to confirm that the event is completed to your satisfaction.
