Each picnic will come with Chilled Water, Charcuterie Board, and your choice of beverage (Brut, Rose or Sparkling Grape Juice) and your choice of dessert (Cake, Truffles or Chocolate Covered Strawberries).

Yes, feel free to bring any food you would like to the picnic! We want you to make this memorable.

We cannot hold picnics on soggy grounds, in the rain or snow. Should weather be a concern we will be in contact with an update at least 12 hours prior to your picnic reservation. Arrangements will be made to reschedule or issue refunds as needed. “Rain/Snow” Date is February 16-18th.

While pillow and blanket seating is fun we want to make everyone feel comfortable. Simply mark “Normal Seating” on the form, just $50 add-on, and we’ll have your picnic ready for you!

Picnics will be located at Bethel Park (4500 Bethel St) and parking will be found on the north side of the park closest to Gentry middle school. The picnic site is just a short walk from the parking lot. You will receive a map to the picnic location following your reservation.

If you’d like to have a picnic at your home simply book utilizing the “@ Home” button.

While we do not provide restroom facilities, the park does have temporary restrooms on site.
